Whirlpools R Us will not disclose Cardholder Information to third parties, other than the Bank's or Merchant's agents for the purpose of assisting Whirlpools R Us in completing a Card transaction or as specifically required by law. Whirlpools R Us, in an area limited to select personnel, and prior to discarding, will render data unreadable, all material containing Card numbers.
Whirlpools R Us never keeps any information in its computer's data base other than the forms and programs it uses to conduct its business. All Card numbers are transmitted to and through secured sites on the Internet unless customer chooses otherwise.
